Danish garment industry rejuvenated again to achieve recovery growth

The Copenhagen Investment Promotion Agency recently stated that after experiencing a two to three-year economic downturn, the Danish garment industry is rejuvenated. The report of Deloitte & Touche believes that the Danish clothing industry has successfully survived the financial crisis. In the first quarter of 2011, the export of Danish garments increased by 16% year-on-year, of which only exports to Germany increased by 23%, achieving a recovery.

It is understood that Germany and Sweden are currently important Danish garment and fabric export markets. Relevant sources pointed out that the continuous economic growth in the two countries will contribute to the stability of the Danish export market.
