1. Application for write-off
After the completion of the compensation trade contract, the relevant foreign trade and production units shall, within one month from the date of expiration of the contract or the subsequent export of a batch of compensation products, go through the formalities for verification and settlement with the competent Customs. The following documents should be submitted when applying for write-off:
1 "External processing assembly, compensation trade contract verification application settlement form
2 Registration Manual;
3 import and export goods declaration form;
4 Proof of repayment of equipment price, etc.
2. Upon verification by the Customs, if the imported equipment has been repaid after the compensation trade contract has been completed and exceeds the customs supervision period, the enterprise may apply to the Customs for the “Revocation of Customs Supervision Certificate†and the “Application for Completion of the Application for Cancellationâ€. After that, customs supervision was announced.
