“High-quality hemp textile technology and application” passed the appraisal

On April 16th, the China National Textile and Apparel Federation organized experts in Ningbo to "high-quality hemp" jointly completed by Wuhan Hanma Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Institute of Systems Engineering, Military Academy of Military Sciences, and Youngor Group Co., Ltd. The project identified the key technologies and applications of the entire production chain of textiles.

The expert group agreed that the outcome has full independent intellectual property rights . The project is aimed at the world's technical problems such as heavy pollution, high energy consumption, low efficiency and poor quality in the processing and application of hemp fiber. For more than ten years, it has been engaged in joint technical research. From the breakthroughs in core technologies such as clean, efficient, refined, energy-saving and emission-reducing , we have developed a series of high-end functional products of Hanma, which meets the needs of the military and civilian markets. The project has built a large-scale production line of 5,000 tons of hemp fiber and yarn, forming a demonstration base of hemp fiber manufacturing, textile, printing and dyeing, garment processing and textile development. The economic and social benefits are significant, and the market has broad application prospects.

The identification of the results of the project “Key Technologies and Applications of High-quality Hemp Textile Production Chain” is of great significance, marking the new milestone of China's hemp research and processing application technology, forming from raw materials to finished products, from technology to equipment. From product to standard, core invention to industrial chain innovation system.
