Overview

A cotton wool fabric for filtering air. Uniform fabric structure, moderate fuzz on the fabric, easy to absorb dust, has good strength and breathability, air static pressure and dynamic pressure resistance is small, the dust collection rate is as high as 97% ~ 99%.

A 27.8 tex X 2 (21/2 bristle) cotton yarn was used for warp and 200 tex (5 brisket) yarns for weft. After weaving with 2/2 twill weave, the blanks are re-shrinked, washed, dried, and fluffed. The finished product has a mass per unit area of ​​510 g/m2. It is mainly used in air filter and dust removal and dust collection dust on filter bags in cement plants, smelting plants and chemical plants to purify the air and protect the environment.
